Our Schloss Arras produces vintage sparkling wines made exclusively from carefully selected cold fermented base wines. These are the guarantee for the fresh, clear and effervescent Cuvée.

Any amount of wine over 4000 litres can be made into sparkling wines and bottled. (contract orders / sparkling wine production).
